Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Custom or handmade items may take a little longer — we’ll keep you informed via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
Estimated delivery times:

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (available at checkout)

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

4. Lost or Delayed Packages

5. Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
