At Desertfelts, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Returns

Due to the handmade and craft-based nature of our products, we only accept returns for unused, unopened kits within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • In its original packaging

  • Unused and in the same condition as received

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Digital downloads

  • Opened or used kits

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Sale or discounted items

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a damaged product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@desertfelts.com with a photo of the issue.

5. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
